ON ICE TEAM BUILDING

I am incredibly fortunate that my prosthetist, Lexi, is a former hockey player turn prosthetic specialist. She combines the technical knowledge of building a prosthesis with the on-ice expertise that only a hockey player could provide. You’ll also notice that my photographer Jes is on skates. That is not by design but by complete chance that not only are they an incredibly talented photo/video taker, but a skater too!

We did a few different alignment changes on the prosthesis to get the angles of the knee, foot, and toe to a place where I was stable and agile.
