Greetings, welcome to my site dedicated to building a more confident and introspective YOU!

I am a lifelong above knee amputee. I learned to walk on a prosthesis due to the effects of congenital defects in my right knee joint and lower shin bones. My journey as an amputee and amputee athlete have been at the core of my identity. I now want to share my life long experiences with other amputees, of all limb differences, in their quest at gaining more confidence, mobility, and stronger use of their components.
