FINDING MY FEET

I brought my old stick to the rink on Day 2 to help secure a little more balance while I found my feet. The new CCM skates certainly felt more natural on the ice than my older Bauers that I’d logged countless hundreds of hours in. That’s one thing I noticed during this first pair of skating sessions, how the new skates really make skating much more fluid. The obstalces of old pads & new skates began to arise on this day.
